Refund Policy

For digital products, refunds are only accepted if the product is not as it was described. I am 100% certain that everything I have mentioned on my website is true and included within the course. However, if you would like to dispute this, you can email me here: [email protected]

Full Price Payments

Refunds can be given within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have a valid reason.
No full refund will be provided if you have had any form of feedback or help from me on WhatsApp or by email. The accent evaluation received at the beginning also counts as a service, which is non-refundable, once provided.
If you have used over 15% of the course and ask for a refund, it will not be accepted; unless under serious circumstances.
Refunds are also not accepted if you purchased the course with a coupon code, or if it was in the sale at the time.
You will not receive a refund if you download and keep any of the video lessons.

Monthly Payment Plan

No monthly payments are refunded
You can request to cancel the 12 month plan early, for a fee of 2 MONTHS, you will then immediately be removed from the course.
If you stop paying, we will continue to charge until payment is made.
If you miss a payment for 2 months, we will then automatically charge you the cancellation fee of 2 months.

It took me a lot of time and effort to create this educational content. Please understand that it can take a long time to improve your pronunciation. The course gives you everything you need to start changing your accent and sounding clearer. If you don't see immediate results, please understand this before you ask for a refund.
